Plugin privacy and data handling
Effective 7 October 2026 · Version 1.0
This notice covers the skills-only packages Callero Broker Events, Callero CRM Evaluator and Callero Launch Planner, published by Callero, a brand of Datalyse Group Ltd.
Information used by the plugins
The workflows use task-relevant inputs you provide, such as event preferences, non-sensitive vendor requirements or operational task lists. They do not require a Callero account, customer records, identity documents, credentials or access to brokerage systems. Avoid including sensitive information in example inputs.
Processing and storage
The packages contain reference files and offline scripts. Those scripts read the supplied local inputs, calculate results and return output to the host. They make no network requests and contain no analytics or telemetry. The plugins have no Callero backend connection and do not send conversation content or files to Callero.
The application hosting the plugin controls conversation processing, code execution, storage and retention under its own policies. This notice does not change that application's data practices or account settings.
Browsing and website links
When available, the host's browsing tools can consult public sources to check event details or vendor evidence. That activity is subject to the host and destination websites' policies. Plugin reference links use ordinary URLs without embedded user information. Visiting Callero's website is covered by the website privacy policy, including any website services and analytics described there.
Support and privacy requests
If you contact hello@callero.ai, Callero receives the information you choose to include in that email so it can address your request. Send only a non-sensitive description of the issue. Use that address for questions about this notice or requests relating to information you sent to Callero. For host-held conversation or file data, use the host's privacy controls.
Changes
This notice will be updated if the packages' data handling changes. Any future external service connection would require updated documentation and the applicable host authorization process.
